Who is responsible
ZenshiAI operates this development preview from Alberta, Canada. A public privacy contact and the operator’s full legal and mailing details must be confirmed before launch.
What this preview does
The public site offers information and sample screenshots. Registration and sign-in forms are disabled and do not submit information. Live AI, cloud accounts, payments and CRM connections are not active in this build.
The private browser workspace processes tool inputs on your device. If you choose “Save in this browser”, tool outputs are stored in that browser. The website also remembers your appearance preference. Use sample information during testing, particularly on a shared device.
Planned account service
The planned service will use account details to authenticate you; store your projects, conversations, messages and file references; and maintain a credit transaction history. AI requests will need to send the relevant input and context to the selected service. Payment and customer-support integrations are planned separately.
Before these services open, this policy must identify the actual processors, purposes, legal requirements, retention periods, deletion process and any international transfers. Supabase, AI providers, Stripe and GoHighLevel are planned connections, not a statement that your information is currently sent to them.
Website and device information
Hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the website. This build does not add advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Some existing resource pages load web fonts from Google; external sites have their own privacy practices.
See Privacy choices for this browser’s appearance and saved-work controls. Browser storage is separate from server records and hosting logs.
Retention and location
Browser-saved work remains until you remove it or clear this site’s browser data. Cloud retention schedules, backup deletion timing, provider retention and the production storage region have not been finalised. No Canada-only storage or provider training-use guarantee is made. These details must be disclosed before the connected service launches.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to and correction of your personal information, ask about its use, or withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions. A verified contact and request-handling process must be available before launch. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information through this preview.
Alberta’s private-sector privacy law and, where applicable, federal rules may apply. See Alberta privacy guidance and the federal privacy overview. You may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta about applicable privacy concerns.
